Employee Communication

Congress is placing a heavy emphasis on employee retirement education. They need to know how much they are paying for their investments, which investments are right for them and how much of their retirement income will need to come from their retirement savings. Ironwood Retirement Plan Consultants can assist the Plan Sponsor by establishing an education schedule and meeting with employees as a group and/or at one-on-one meetings. These services can be provided on site, via webinar, or over the phone. In many cases, we will walk participants through their account and help them make changes in an effort to improve their likelihood of success at retirement. Documentation of education and advice services will be provided for the client's fiduciary file.
